We are well into Fall and the holiday season is upon us. Take advantage of the cooler weather to enjoy some delicious, warm vegan soups. They are a great way to get in plenty of those nutrient-dense veggies and help you feel your best.

With Fall in tow and the cooler weather, a warm bowl of soup is particularly inviting. I’ve rounded up 30+ Vegan Soups from my fellow registered dietitians (+ one of my own archived recipes) because soups can certainly be warming and tasty. These vegan soups are not only comforting, they are a great way to get in plenty of veggies. There are many to choose from, from simple purees to heartier fare.
