Simple Apple Crumble

- 2 small apples peeled, chopped
- 3 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 small dates small, pitted
- 1 pinch salt a wee pinch is all you need
- 1 tsp Monkfruit sweetener you can add as much as 2 teaspoons
Divide apples into two ramekins or small bowls.
Combine walnuts, cinnamon, dates, salt, and sweetener into a food processor or high-speed blender and process until it resembles a crumble.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the crumble onto each portion of apples.
Serving Suggestion: Top each with a dollop of labneh or plain, low-fat Greek yogurt and garnish with a leaf of basil.
