Ingredients

mixed nuts
(almonds are neutral; cashews, walnuts, pecans have a lower pH indicating more acidic -- but a mixture of nuts can be fine)

Herbs de Provence

pinch
Sumac
(or ginger spice)

tsp
brown sugar
(or monk fruit sweetener)
1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
melted coconut oil
(or avocado oil)
Instructions
Toast nuts in oven at 325ºF for 5-10 minutes -- until golden brown (watch to be sure they don't burn).
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine Herbs de Provence, Sumac, sweetener of choice, salt, and oil.
Toss toasted nuts in the mixture until well coated.
Optional: Sprinkle with fresh chopped rosemary.
