Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons @glean pumpkin powder
  • 2 Tablespoons @glean sweet potato powder
  • 4 Tablespoons @glean beet powder
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa or carob powder*
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tablespoon peanut butter all natural
  • 1 Tablespoon date syrup or maple syrup
  • 1-2 Tablespoons @keystonepantry Allulose or Swerve Erythritol sweetener
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or carob chips*
  • water as needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for chocolate (or carob) chips and water. Blend until well combined. Add a Tablespoon at a time of water until you get the consistency necessary to form thick energy balls. Then mix in chocolate chips and roll into bite sized energy treats.

*Acid-watcher substitutions
*P.S. I'm not sure on the Allulose, although it is made from sugars found in small amounts dates, raisins, etc, it is still processed into the granulated form, thus to be sure, just substitute for 3 dates (or 1 Tbsp date syrup - made only with dates).
