DIY Granola that's peachy keen!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup canned peach juice*
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon peanut butter all natural (just peanuts and salt)
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1/3 cup Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts or your favorite seeds
  • 2 cups raw oats
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250ยบ F.
  • Line a pan with parchment or foil.
  • In a bowl, combine peach juice, maple syrup, peanut butter and melted butter and blend until smooth.
  • Add in hemp hearts, oats, sea salt and cinnamon and mix until well combined.
  • Spread mixture evenly into pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes to an hours, turning granola with a spatula every 10 minutes to achieve even golden color.
