Balance • Consistency • Flexibility
Nutritionally-speaking: this translates to balancing your portion of protein, carbs and fats throughout the day so that you get the nutrients that need. Consistency in a healthy diet is important to keep you on track. Flexibility means you can enjoy all foods, including sweets in moderation, so you don’t feel restricted or deprived. Building a healthy relationship with food is important.
In yoga, these key terms are relevant for holding poses with ease, maintaining a practice to develop your strength, and relying flexibility not only for opening and extending and release, but also and giving yourself the space and time to improve.
We need to fuel our energy needs physically and through proper nutrition. Yoga allows space/time to recharge via rest (Shivasana) or restorative poses, proper stretching, and breathing through alignment-based movement.
With my training in both Nutritional Science and Yoga I can guide you to wellness through balance, consistency, and flexibility. I offer a whole body approach. My programs are perfect for corporate, small groups or individuals.
