Healing Cocktails: Iced Coconut Date-Coffee

Have your coffee, and make it a date (coffee) with coconut too. That’s a combo that’s refreshing, tasty and acid-watcher friendly, too. That’s because date coffee has no caffeine and isn’t acidic either. Here we’ve paired it half and half date-coffee and 100% coconut water. Then served it up with crushed ice and just a drizzle of date syrup for a bit of additional sweetness.

Healing Cocktails: This Iced Coconut Date-Coffee is #4 My Series

When it comes to healing cocktails, it doesn’t have to be a blend of super foods like chia, hemp, or goji berries. Although those additions can certainly add in quality nutrients and pizzazz. The simplest of real food ‘extracts’ such as 100% coconut water from a young green coconut and the result of crushed date seeds roasted and brewed for your “coffee” can be just as good, and tasty too!

This Iced Coconut Date-Coffee contains:

Here we’ve served it up in copper mugs made with 100% pure, food-safe copper that keeps your drinks refreshing and cold. What’s even better, they have high-grade nickel lining that won’t impart any copper residue in the liquid cocktails you consume. And they’re so elegant, too! The pounded copper and thin golden handle make a handsome pairing that will make the presentations of your drinks absolutely stunning.

And while you may notice some Patina on the copper, from my usage, I find this affectation adds to the charm. Although you can simply  restore it back to its pure copper glow with a pinch of salt and lemon. Detailed instructions for cleaning here.

Disclaimer: I wasn’t paid for this post. However I did receive the copper mugs. Specific products I’ve linked in this post are simply my preference and opinions are solely my own.
