Semi Private: Join an intimate class (three person limit) that will strengthen your practice both mentally and physically. You’ll develop skills to properly align your body and find your center. These small groups provide an excellent environment for personalization, while staying in a class structure.
One-on-One Yoga: Build your individual yoga practice with this highly personalized instruction. Together we will work on aligning your body and breaking down Asanas (postures) to make them attainable for you. You will learn specific Asanas designed to address your personal needs. This is excellent for those who are just discovering their practice, or are more comfortable with one-on-one support or need a little tune-up.
One-on-One Nutrition: We work together to develop a plan that is right for you and your family. This plan includes assessing you and/or your family’s nutritional needs, analyzing daily habits and then making realistic goals and motivating you and/or your family to stay on track. This is excellent for those who are looking for immediate help and on-going support to attain their goals.
Meal Planning: I will provide you with a 7-day meal plan that meets your nutritional needs to keep you satiated and on on-track with your wellness goals. This may include special dietary needs (such as diabetic needs, heart-health needs, or weight loss).
